You get what you paid for. I think. This is one of those items that you "save for later", "later" being when the item goes on sale. There is nothing wrong with this kit, but there is nothing special about it, either.If you are the type of person that likes to follow the included directions and build it yourself, you shouldn't have much trouble with this kit*. The trees can be a little tricky (because they are not terribly sturdy) and I was given both pink- and lilac-colored "bricks", but my directions only showed pink-colored bricks.*Step-by-step instructional videos are (allegedly) available online.Product was fairly easy to put together. The picture directions were a little confusing, but with using a magnifier, it went well.I think its an awesome kit. If you understand basic lego kits you will be able to figure out how to follow the steps.it was alot of fun we all put it together as a family!!!awesome to put together, but more force need to put together. unlike legos.I love the concept of this set. The problem with the building of the trees. The directions were difficult to follow as well.The base plates are identical and don't seem to correspond with the instructionsWish I could give zero stars, this is the worst kit that there is. We have tried and tried to build this. It keeps falling apart. There is no logic to this.
