I purchased this college diploma presentation frame as a gift to upgrade a current frame. It is certainly an upgrade! The frame was easy to use and the diploma looks great in the new college specific frame!!Beautiful frame and great price. However, it was too small for my son’s graduate degree.Price is much higher than stock diploma frames from stores like Michaels, but the quality and look of them is much nicer with the Rutgers logo and text. We checked out the cheaper ones in the Scarlet Fever store which were about $40 less but they definitely had a cheaper look. These have a nice double matte and better frame. For what it holds, and being a gift, it was worth spending the extra. Only issue I had was the ridiculous amount of packaging when buying through Amazon. They were well packed in the box from OCM, but amazon stuck that box in a bigger box that was about 4’x5’ with no additional packing so it just slid around in a bigger box for no reason. Wasteful on amazon’s part.At first they sent me a wrong school frame, I sent it back and they sent a new one with the correct University logo...I place my diploma and it looks awesome.The frame itself is beautiful. The quality control however, is complete garbage. The hanging hardware mounted on the back of the piece is very very low quality (small "sawtooth" bracket) that is not attached with nails - the ends of it are sharpened and is hammered in. We have two frames, and on one, this bracket ripped out and the piece nearly hit the floor. On top of that, the brackets' height placements were wayyy off (around an inch) from each other, and nowhere near center, so the hanging nails in the wall could not be leveled easily, each piece needed to be hung separately. Ultimately, the hardware was so poor that we replaced it on both pieces. Now, they hang beautifully!I found this frame after a long search and refusing to pay hundreds of dollars. I am very happy with this product and can now proudly display my daughter's college diploma.The product was of very good quality. Very pleased.Exactly what I was looking for!
